- Customized products are non-refundable once the design or printing process begins.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- NFC cards and accessories are shipped to the address provided by the customer.
- Delivery times may vary based on location and courier partners.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service providers.
- Digital profiles are usually activated within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
6. Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy
- Due to the customized nature of NFC products, refunds are not applicable once printing is started.
- Replacements are available only for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damaged cards during delivery
- Wrong product delivered
Customers must report issues within 48 hours of receiving the product.
